We are passionate about mentoring future leaders. Each year, we host summer and winter internship programs at our headquarters in Oslo, as well as in Singapore, London, Houston, China, and beyond.

Our internship program offers a hands-on experience that bridges academic learning with real-world application. You’ll work closely with our industry experts on impactful projects, gaining valuable skills and insights that fosters your professional growth.

During the application process, you will meet several future colleagues from across the business, and depending on the role you are applying for, complete technical tests, case studies and competency-based interviews.
